Wayne Crandall
President 

Wayne Crandall's 25 year career in technology spans sales, marketing, product management, strategic development and operations. Prior to joining CYA Technologies, he was co-founder and served as an executive officer and senior vice president of sales and business development at ScanSoft Inc (now Nuance Communications; NASDAQ:NUAN), and was responsible for growing the company to over $100M. Prior to Nuance, he was the European managing director of Xerox Imaging Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, where he established them as the market leader in document recognition software throughout EMEA and the Pacific Rim.

Wayne Crandall's other career successes included Kurzweil Computer Products, Philips Information Systems, NV, Lexitron, a division of Raytheon Data Systems, and Savin Business Machines.

Chris Worton
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

With almost a decade of business continuity experience, Chris Worton joins CYA as the vice president, sales, after growing the East Coast presence of BC Management, the premier executive recruiting firm in business continuity. Prior to BC Management, Chris helped thousands of organizations worldwide meet their business continuity, disaster recovery, risk, IT and emergency response challenges in his role with Strohl Systems, the global leader in continuity software and services, where he was the senior vice president of sales.

Chris has written articles for different industry magazines and has spoken at various industry events. He is actively involved in the Association of Contingency Planners and is a charter member and the treasurer of the Garden State Chapter. He is also a member of the Executive Advisory Board for Continuity Insights magazine.

Chris received an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University and a BA in business and economics from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa.

Mike Fernandes
Director of Product Management and Services

Mike Fernandes joined CYA in 2001 as the director of information technology and client support and is responsible for managing services, as well as driving product enhancements, product strategy and market requirements.

Mike has been in the technology field for more than 13 years with experience in network engineering, implementation and ASP hosting services. He previously served in various roles for companies such as Netzee/Concentrex, Inc., MECA Software, Precision Computer Services and Glencore Inc.

Mike holds a BS in computer science from the Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn. He is certified as a Microsoft systems engineer.

Brian Curry
Director of Finance and Controller

With more than 20 years of experience in finance and planning for international technology companies, Brian Curry became part of the CYA team in October, 2005. As the director of finance and controller, Brian is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and human resources. Brian previously worked at Mercator Software in various financial management roles.

Brian holds a MBA in finance and a BBA in accounting from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

Dana Krystofek 
Director of Business Development

Dana Krystofek joined CYA in 2007 with 20 years of business development, sales, and account management experience. Previous to joining CYA, she served as Director of Channel Sales for Dexterra, Inc. where she generated a sales pipeline of greater than $5 million in less than six months. Prior to Dexterra, she served as Business Development Director and OEM Account Manager for ScanSoft, Inc. (now Nuance Communications), and Director, Strategic Alliances for Blue Martini Software. She has also held senior positions with InterWorld Corporation, Gradient Technologies, and Verity, Inc. Dana holds a BA from Northeastern University.
