Products: CYA SmartRecovery for Open Text Livelink ECM - eDOCS Suite
CYA SmartRecovery for Open Text Livelink ECM - eDOCS Suite is an “application aware” technology for the
discrete recovery of content and associated metadata. CYA SmartRecovery for Open Text Livelink ECM – eDOCS Suite is designed to address corporate-wide application availability and data recoverability needs. CYA SmartRecovery provides incremental captures of all changes occurring in the repository, validates the integrity between the content and its metadata and preserves the information for future recovery needs in case of partial information loss. The solution allows a single administrator to recover records, documents and folders directly into the Open Text Livelink ECM – eDOCS DM repository with no application downtime. As a result CYA SmartRecovery decreases data loss windows to within 15 minutes, improves recovery times to minutes and ensures repository up time during the capture.
CYA SmartRecovery with Intelli-CaptureTM understands the technical relationships between content, properties and its metadata links and operates in a “hot” continuous mode. CYA SmartRecovery packages the content and metadata as CYA Capture Sets. These Capture Sets are compressed and stored on low cost storage devices such as network attached storage (NAS). In addition, Intelli-Capture will only capture single instances of information, reducing storage requirements. The integration with Open Text API’s ensures no disruption to the repository and, on average, CYA SmartRecovery utilizes the same resources as a single additional user on the system.
